David Gill, of Old Port, Cardiff, has been jailed for 12 weeks by Swansea Magistrates Court after it heard he pinned Michael Burns to his car bonnet and punched him several times, leaving him with injuries to his eye, cheekbone and lip. Gill, who had denied assault occasioning actual bodily harm, is set to appeal his conviction.
