The trade show in Sao Paolo was owned by publishing and events fi rm, Grupo Revista Ferroviaria. Last year's show attracted 180 exhibitors from 14 countries and 7,000 railway professionals, and generated revenues of £1.6m (US$2.6m). The next edition is due to be held on 6-8 November 2012 and will complement UBM's Brazilian Intermodal transport exhibition.USACLARION ON BOARD FOR SEA-AIR EXPOClarion Events North America has been awarded a contract to manage the Navy League of the United States' annual Sea-Air-Space expo.According to the organiser, the Navy League selected Clarion Events following a six-month tender process. The contract begins with the 2013 edition and will see Clarion working closely with Navy League's staff and volunteer leadership team.The Sea-Air-Space exposition is held annually in Washington DC. The show covers the US defence industry, private sector and key military decision makers. "We selected Clarion Events to manage this event because of its worldwide experience in the defence industry, event planning and execution," Navy League senior director for corporate affairs Kevin Traver said.
