When Capt. Allen Chamberlain retired after 30 years in the commercial real estate business in up- state New York he moved to Marco Island with his wife Cindy and devoted himself to his favorite hobby - fi shing. Then three years ago he decided to capitalize on his ability and love for fi shing by starting his own charter business, the Sea Gone Fishing Team. It was obviously a good decision because now he has three boats and employs four other captains. " It's great - I can make a living in shorts, I don't even have to wear socks and I've got a great tan!" he laughed. With so many boats at their disposal the Sea Gone team are able to accommodate groups of all sizes. They have many serious fi shermen as customers but they specialize in family fi shing. " We love kids and enjoy helping people who haven't fi shed before or who are out of practice." As Cliff, a satisfi ed customer from Spartanburg, South Carolina recently put it... " Stepping onto your boat was like stepping into a neighbor's home - we instantly felt we were fi shing with an old buddy. Our fi shing trip was the best value on our entire vacation and I'm confi dent that it will be forever etched in the memories of our children. Thank you."
