I remember ones that were twice that size and weighed more than our I-Pads and laptops. What a difference 10 years makes! My point is that the prices I saw in that 10 year old MLS book were, in many instances, the same prices for the same properties today. Hello! Wake-up consumer! The time to buy is now!
