The construction and opening of this Centre is just the culmination of all of the work we've done over the last year to position ourselves to take full advantage of the coming economic rebound and reap the rewards, together with our customers. That's what " continual progression" is all about.' While AVEVA has offices worldwide, it was no accident the new Business Performance Centre was ultimately located in Houston, Texas. Houston remains the energy capital of the world, and nearly every major oil & gas company has a significant presence in the city. Numerous alternative energy companies also call Houston home. In addition, the city hosts dozens of the top EPC firms, several within close proximity to AVEVA's west Houston offices. AVEVA's strategic location should be a boon for the Centre, and the EPC kick- off breakfast showed there is plenty of interest in the new facility.
