75 Team Building ----- Experiential Learning ‘Free Running’ Free Running or Le Parkour (PK to those in the know) is the sport where people jump from building to building in a series of acrobatic leaps. Whilst we won’t be asking you to leap from the top of Big Ben onto the Houses of Parliament, there are a great number of learning points to take from PK. Confronting fears, having faith, pushing boundaries and dedication to one’s art are all defined by the nature of Free Running. In this session you learn the basics of landing and rolling, cat balancing, wall running and rail precision. Testing your teams’ limits and discovering an immense satisfaction in moving fluidly, concentrating the mind and relaxing the body. ‘Free Running - Releasing Potential’ Siege Reality bites in this real and unfolding crisis management simulation. We take a moment from history - in one case the 12th century siege of Tutbury Castle - and ask a crisis management team to manoeuvre the castle into as strong a position as possible in the given time scale. We recreate real pressure and genuine decision making; our goal being to simulate a major incident. Different history will suit different teams and we tailor each ‘Siege’ to its participants. ‘Siege - A Real Life Answer To A Real Life Situation’ Experiential Learning |
