This concept can help young people to make positive, healthy choices, and strive to become the best that they can be in whatever they do. Pierre de Coubertin's revival of the Olympic Games was based on a similar concept of body and mind. Young people's imaginations are inspired by the art, music and cultural presentations of an Olympic Games. Organising Committees for Olympic Winter and Summer Games are required to provide an Olympic education programme to accompany the Games.
