" It's not only nontoxic, but it's more effective at retarding fire, muffling noise and stopping air filtration than foam insulation," Andreen said. Eco- friendly technology ensures that the home's energy- saving features are performing as they should to keep the occupants comfortable. Trilogy homes have solar- powered attic vents to prevent attic temperatures from rising above outdoor temperatures.
