Foreign veterinarians - Veterinarians who are citizens of or residing in a country other than the United States and are members of a national veterinary association. 2. Recent Graduate - AVMA Accredited Veterinary school graduates, upon joining the AVMA, are eligible for one complimentary annual convention registration within five (5) years from date of graduation (2006-2010 graduates are eligible for free registration for the 2011 convention).  It is not necessary to return your recent grad certificate; the registration company will verify eligibility from AVMA membership records.3. Veterinary and Veterinary Technician Students - Students working towards a veterinarian or veterinary technician degree. Onsite registration for either student classification will be $75.00 with student ID. 4. Guest - Spouses, children, non-veterinarian guests of primary attendees. AVMA welcomes non-veterinarian guests, spouses and children of attendees to participate in special events and to tour the Exhibit Hall. Guests and children are not permitted to attend continuing education courses. Make your hotel reservations first and save $25
