You will be invoiced for your samples but if you return them within 30 days in the same condition, you will be fully reimbursed and only pay for the carriage costs.How many items to orderAs a rough guide we suggest a minimum of 1 jacket per employee. Order 2 skirts or 2 pairs of trousers and 3 shirts or blouses. The rule is 1 being worn, 1 spare and 1 in the wash!DeliveryAny UK order will be despatched within 48 hours (2 working days), stock permitting and subject to your credit account having already been set up. Overseas take a little longer (e.g. Northern Ireland). We charge £5.99 + VAT for all mainland UK orders up to the value of £400 (£6.99 +VAT for all orders to Northern Ireland). Delivery is FREE for UK orders over £400 (excluding VAT and the cost of additional services such as personalisation).
