Also new to the GEL-Foundation 10 is Guidance Line which aims to provide the foot with an ideal path for efficient foot motion during gait.Changes to the upper include the addition of medial and lateral forefoot windows and an extra long vamp. This opens up the front of the shoe allowing the forefoot to spread as required during propulsion.
